Answers to what you really want to know about us

When you’re leading a product marketing team, you and your team are juggling a lot of hats. Sit back and think, where does most of the time go?

  • Meetings
  • Travel
  • Events
  • Reports
  • Strategizing
  • Customer Sales Support
  • Figure out the messages by talking to SMEs

What suffers?

  • Pulse on the market
  • Internal & external alignment between teams
  • The cadence of a compelling message and storytelling
  • Strategic insights for sales & executives
  • Sales and channel empowerment

As a result,

  • The sales team is not happy
  • Product teams are not happy

You need a trusted partner, an extension of your team that can help you scale without breaking the bank. KAIROS Pulse is that team. We can help you achieve your goals in three simple ways:

  • Accelerate and improve your content development
  • Help create sales channel empowerment tools and content
  • Help you keep a pulse on the market to compete effectively and plan for the next big thing

We do the heavy lifting: We are not writers; we are product marketing experts. We know what it takes to create compelling content, the research that goes behind it, and the heavy lifting that is required to figure out what to write.

We are experts in the field: We bring in a collective experience of 25+ years in telecommunication, sales enablement and establishing brand credibility.

We focus on alignment: We understand what you want and figure out the rest.

We deliver a great end-product: We don’t put unnecessary limitations of “only 2-3” revisions. We work with you till it’s ready for prime time. And we deliver all this within a set time and a fixed budget.

Alignment is at the core of what we do

  • GTM strategy and execution alignment
  • Messaging alignment
  • Tech to biz. Alignment
  • Market & customer alignment
  • Sales-Product-Marketing Alignment

We are not another writer or analyst, or videographer or blogger. We don’t work in isolation. We work with you to ensure cross-functional alignment.

We do it all for you, just like you would expect one of your trusted members of the team to do.

Research and analysis are what we utilize to tell compelling and authentic stories, but we are not a research or analyst firm. We don’t create our forecasts or market reports. Still, we help you connect the dots by analyzing loads of market information, synthesizing them, and identifying what’s relevant and critical for your success and business growth.

Yes, and no. We provide a lot of services that traditional marketing agencies support, such as high-level blogs, design services, inbound marketing, etc. but our content offerings go deeper than what most marketing agencies support. We add product marketing expertise in bringing the content closer to the product values. If our clients already have PR and marketing agencies, we work with them to make sure messaging aligns with the messaging framework and product values. If they don’t have any product marketing experts in-house, we fill those gaps.

Though writing is part of how we deliver the content, we bring in a lot of additional value when it comes to creating an end-to-end story and content asset. As a product marketing expert yourself, you will agree that it takes a lot of heavy lifting to align on the messaging and the story. We have the market knowledge to have intelligent conversations with SMEs and the stakeholders. Writing comes after this alignment is established. We ensure everyone is aligned on the actual content and make sure it is technically accurate and effectively telling the story. Simultaneously, the content needs to be visualized to make it readable and leave an impact on the reader. An average blogger and standalone writer do none of these. We bridge the gap between the entire content journey, the market need, the technology value, and across all functions to get compelling content published.

We take the load off your product marketing efforts and do the heavy lifting in creating content. Hence, we offer product marketing services and not just content writing services.

The short answer is yes. We ideally like to invest our time in learning about your product, your market, your vision, and your strategy to make sure any new content assets align with your messaging strategy. Most of our customers consider us an extension of their team and work with us on a long-term basis. We have been working with some of our customers for well over four years. Nevertheless, we are glad to explore opportunities to work together on ad-hoc requests.

We are engineers who are passionate about telling a compelling story. Most of our team has a product management and product marketing background as well as experience in connecting the dots between technology and business. We have experience in training sales and channels as well as launching B2B technology products. We have both the market and the technical know-how to have an intelligent conversation with your product, sales, and marketing teams to identify the golden nuggets and filter out the fluff.

We don’t think the question is either/or. As described earlier, there are so many functions a product marketer’s role involves, that it can get virtually impossible to scale. They are the internal champions who need to be in front of customers, with sales and at events, traveling for customer meetings, and be the face of the company. The product marketer is the orchestrator who needs to bring everything together.

Strategic insights, content strategy, and sales enablement are some activities that require a dedicated focus, expertise, and cadence -which generally slow down depending on the workload and priority of the day. KAIROS functions as an extension of your team and takes ownership of these functions so that you don't have to sacrifice one job for another.

Also, we bring multiple skills to the table: subject matter expertise, content strategy, research, writing, design, inbound marketing, sales enablement, etc. By hiring KAIROS, you hire a team and not an individual.

Our focus is on technology marketing. Anything related to networking and communication is our sweet spot. That includes 5G, 4G, Private LTE, Wi-Fi, IoT, SDN, NFV, SD-WAN, UC&C, SIP Trunking, Network Security, Artificial Intelligence, and many other technologies that enable fixed and wireless networking and communication products and services. We also focus on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models, industrial automation, and other emerging markets.

We work with technology vendors, managed service providers (MSPs), carriers, and enterprises. They hire us to help them develop a consistent messaging framework and sales enablement content that clearly articulates how their products improve business outcomes for their targeted customers. We also help business leaders understand the market dynamics and technology roadmap they need to consider to stay relevant in the digital era.

We have extensive experience in helping our clients target verticals, such as manufacturing, transportation, construction, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, public venues, senior living, etc.

We tend to work the best in long-term engagements when a cadence of thought leadership and sales enablement is required. The pricing model is governed by the number of strategic and marketing activities required in a month/ quarter/ year.

Less expensive than what you would pay to bring an experienced and trusted product marketing professional, a team of go-to-market strategists, technology marketing content writer, designers, and inbound marketing specialist to scale your business!

We work with product marketing, sales, and product management teams of B2B technology companies that need a trusted partner to:

  • Identify market requirements and buyer needs
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy that aligns with their product-market fit
  • Create a consistent messaging framework for sales and marketing
  • Help launch products and services in new or existing markets
  • Develop or scale their channel/ sales enablement and lead generation programs
  • Establish brand credibility in targeted verticals
  • Implement technology stack for sales and marketing operations

We have experience working with FORTUNE 100 companies as well as well-funded start-ups that appreciate an entrepreneurial can-do attitude.
